We ship genuine Annique products to every corner of South Africa. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Free delivery
Orders of R500 or more qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders under R500 attract a flat delivery fee. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery timeframes
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes:

| Regional towns | 3–5 business days |
| Remote / outlying areas | 5–7 business days |
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
How we ship
All orders are dispatched via reputable South African courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been collected by the courier.
Annique products are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Order tracking
A tracking link is sent to the email address on your order as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also log in to your account dashboard to view your order status at any time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been collected by the courier. BuyAnniqueOnline cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We deliver to physical addresses only. PO boxes are not accepted by our courier partners.
Failed delivery attempts
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will typically attempt delivery again on the next business day or leave a delivery card with instructions. After a set number of failed attempts the parcel may be returned to us — in which case a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
