BuyAnniqueOnline (buyanniqueonline.co.za) is operated by Petro McKenzie, an independent Annique Health & Beauty consultant. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All products sold through this website are genuine Annique products purchased and distributed by an authorised independent consultant.

By placing an order on BuyAnniqueOnline you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
• The personal and payment information you have provided is accurate and complete.
• You authorise us to process payment for the stated order total.

We accept payment by EFT (electronic funds transfer) and card. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing an order where a material error has occurred.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable substitute.

Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, including packaging and colour, may vary slightly.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange for products that are:

• Unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Incorrectly sent (wrong product or quantity).

We are unable to accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).

Product descriptions, ingredients and claims are based on information provided by Annique Health & Beauty. We do not make medical claims on behalf of any products. Please read all product labels and consult a healthcare professional if you have specific medical concerns or known skin sensitivities.
