I took 2 CBD's one evening to ease my back pain and found that these pretty green capsules help me switch off so I can sleep better. I don't wake up 3 of 4 times during the night. They work best when I take them no more than twice a week.It also helps my husband switch off to sleep deeper when his head is still working at bed time. He is very happy when I have CBD to offer.

I do Zumba exercise and I love dancing, but due to overuse I injured my shoulder the previous year to the point that I could not hoist my body with my arm when lying down and then wanting to get up. I also had severe inflammation in the bones of my feet, and I could not stand or walk for very long before the pain would get unbearable. I started using the CBD and within a month's time all the pain was gone, and the inflammation cleared up and I could go back to dancing again and waving my arms above my head. As an added bonus the CBD also sorted out my sleep. I went from literally being awake around the hour and at times not being able to fall back asleep or just generally struggling to shut down to sleeping 5 hours at a time.... without waking. This really changed my life. I will recommend this product to anyone.
