I initially got the Resque Mist for the purpose of all the benefits listed i.e. sinus, headaches etc.What an absolute game-changer when I, out of desperation, sprayed it onto my legs one night when the debilitating and severe cramps just wouldn't ease up and I was in tears because of it.Resque Mist had a soothing yet tingling feeling which almost instantly eased the severe cramping away and I could get some sleep.I now use Resque Mist every evening before getting into bed on my legs and I can't get a decent night's rest without it.Thanks you Annique for this amazing product.

I can personally say that this is a great product.When my son struggles with a block nose or my husband with flu,I spray it on their pillow and it opens their airways and allow them to have a perfect night's sleep.

This product has been in our emergency kit at home since the birth of my daughter. She is turning 4 years old this year. I suffer heavily from sinusitis. I have tried Annique Rooibos Resque treatment mist, I spray it in front of my nose and inhale deeply as well as a spray on the crown of my head.
